Tips To Detect Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is an abnormal and uncontrolled growth of the cells in the breast tissue. Breast cancer becomes the second most diagnosed cancer in U.S. here we will mention a few steps to check your breast for any warning signs about breast cancer that may direct you to see you physician to rule it out.
You have to do a Breast Self Examination ( BSE ) on regular basis e.g. every cycle. You should suspect breast cancer if you find that
•    A lump or a mass in or near the breast or in the underarm that persists through the menstrual cycle.
•    A mass, which may feel as small as a pea.
•    Any change in the size, shape, or contour of your breast.
•    Any abnormal discharge wither blood stained or clear.
•    Any change in the feel or appearance of the skin on the breast or nipple. i.e. retracted nipple, dimpling, scaling or inflammation
•    Redness of the skin on the breast or nipple.
•    A marble-like hardened area under the skin.
If you find any of the above breast cancer warning signs you have to consult your doctor for further evaluation.
