Nasal bleeding is a scary experience. There are a few tips to stop nasal bleeding :
1- Siting dwon and leaning foreward toto let blood come out and not to go to your throat
2- Pinch the soft part of your nosr ( Nasal tip ) between your thumb and index finger or Put a cold compresses over the bridge of your nose
3- After the blleding from your nose stops you may do the followiing:
• Don’t clean the inside of your nose as this may remove the blood clot resulting in rebleeding
• Clean your face
• Avoid blowing your nose, picking your nose, bending over or rubbing your nose vigorously to avoid rebleeding from your nose
